What do you need to get started?
I will need your domain & hosting login details with all necessary content i.e. Text & Images. If you don’t have any content I’ll provide dummy text & photos. We can update it together later if you choose.
Do your services include Hosting & Domain?
No. I can advise you which is the best to get though.
Do you provide written content for websites?
Yes I provide content writing services, its not included when designing your website or web page, this is an additional purchase.
Will my website be responsive?
Yes, your website will be completely responsive & will fit all screen sizes including cell phones, laptops, tablets, PCs & large screens.
How can we best keep in contact during the design process?
After defining the project scope, deliverables & timelines, well establish a schedule for updates. This could be weekly or at specific milestones depending on the projects complexity. I prefer a mix of communication tools. Email is great for detailed updates, Text or DMs are best for quick questions or clarifications, & Video calls can be beneficial for more in depth discussions or presentations.
Do you provide after completion support?
Yes, I will provide you after project completion support which will be totally free of cost (Defined Scope) 7 days post delivery. Please contact me within that time frame & I will try to resolve ASAP. Your satisfaction is my priority & I will do all I can so that you’re satisfied. Please Note: I will not assist with changes or issues brought to my attention weeks, months or years later.
